He started his working career in 1998 in Maschio Gaspardo SpA as Asia Sales Area Manager. Afterwards, he played the role of Business Development Manager at the international level. Since 2003, he has been dealing with the realization of the plant in Romania and of the industrial and business development of the market. As a Member of the Board of Directors, together with his brother Andrea, he supported the father Egidio, at that time President, in the development of the company. Member of the Technical Board in CEMA European Agricultural Machinery Association in Brussels in the period 2010/2012. Member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania in the period 2011/2017. Since 2013, he is President of Insieme Si Vince Development Associationc, cluster Indagro Vest. Vice President in the Board of Directors of Confidustria Padova Young Entrepreneurs in the two-year period 2013/2015. Vice President in the Board of Directors of Metalmechanics Section of Confindustria Padova in the two-year period 2014/2015
