Paul Snauwaert holds a PhD degree in Applied Science from the Ghent University and works since 1985 for CNH Industrial in the area of product development and engineering. His main focus lies on agricultural products for the core brands of New Holland Agriculture and Case IH, accumulating more than 38 years’ experience in product development with a main focus on combine harvesters. He was involved in product launches in Brazil, led the development of a global modular combine range, oversaw the development of Tier 4 emissions programs, and held global responsibilities for product development, advanced technologies, and innovation within CNH Industrial’s Agricultural products. Since his retirement in September this year, he continues in an advisory role in Advanced Technologies and Innovation for CNH Industrial.
